Spokey, the Alien, Chartres , Vitamins and fitness for travelling across the photon belt

by Joska Ramelow

The Nobel Laureate and discoverer of Vitamin C, Linus Pauling, lived to the ripe old age of 97 who ascribed his ruddy health to daily does of 2000 mg Vitamin C. A courageous pioneer and discoverer of tiny nooks and crannies of physiological reactions in the micro-Universe within the human body. Vitamin C is involved in about 95% of all functions in our body as it is a key ingredient in collagen production. ‘A good friend to have’, says Spokey, the Alien, who returned for a brief visit from his extensive travels across the Nebulae and Star systems of the macro-Universe. I met him in a café outside outside the cathedral of Chartres in France this summer. He just popped out of the matrix and manifested at my table as the waitress had turned her back. Well done, I said and could barely hide my surprise. However, he came across as all business and no holidays for hard working aliens and mentioned that Charters was the last stop on a journey inspecting the Virgo grid pattern of cathedrals across northern France. This ,he said, was comprised of Bayeux, Reims, Amiens , Evreux and Le Mans. ( http://www.vortexmaps.com/chartres.php ) All the former ones are dedicated to our lady as in ‘Notre Dame’ and the one in Le Mans is dedicated to the first Bishop Julian in residence, who was sent from Rome to Christianize the North of France. Legend has it that good old Julian allegedly performed a miracle during an extended drought, by thrusting a staff into the ground which immediately began producing fresh waters gushing from the hole in the ground. ( the symbolism of water and earth is probably no coincidence ) . He was also identified as ‘Simon the leper’ one of the 72 disciples of Jesus Christ. The number 72 is the measure of years marking one degree, by which the sun progresses in it’s precessional cycle around the zodiac. I could barely find my feet on the ground when these reference points as to a concept of astrotheology kept pouring out of my friend as he went on to explain that the spring equinox moves into a new sign every 2160 years. This often comes around with profound changes within the living spheres of mankind, he further went on to explain. The terrestrial Virgo constellation connecting the dots across northern France was graced with a magnificent cathedral in each one of the positions of its celestial counterpart. As above so below, I noticed myself thinking. As aglitter addition the cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris is found exactly at the position where the womb would be in a kneeling figure. My mind began spinning, when he went on to talk about a much larger grid that tied in with all the mazes in those and other cathedrals across the northern Region of France too.

Still enchanted by the beautiful impressions of the Perche National Park region of southern Normandy, here I was reeling with the data of a download from Spokey, I had not expected to valanche on me during my holidays. So, before I knew it I was in for another space adventure with Spoke. Our second coffee arrived and I asked what Spokey had on his mind to manifest at my table in this coffee house in the medieval setting of Chartres? He said time was of the essence since his visit was largely connected to the bigger picture of the historical changes afoot at present. It had in part to do with preparations by cosmic entities for the shift of the solar s, and with it, planet earth cross the photon belt, the central part of our galactic equator. Wow! That was news to me. So there had been something connected to the ideas of the 2012 end of an epoch according to the Mayan calendar, I asked? Yes, Spoke said, this segment of the journey of our solar system marked the point were an energetic upgrade was on offer for the whole of mankind. We would all be showered by it. Stardust, I thought. The secret knowledge of the cathedral builders and the Renaissance and other phases of our history such as of the French revolution or the the founding of the US were all inspired by glimpses of the coming of this the line that directly aligns earth/Gaia for the next several thousand years with the centre of a golden age as has been related from other parts of our ancient history. Atlantis, Hyperborea, the Vedic writings , Zep Tepi, golden age of Egyptian spiritual enlightenment ans so forth are all evidence pointing in this direction. Mankind is on the threshold of approaching this massive upgrade again aided by it’s change of position on the galactic plane. At the same time Gaia’s geocentric spring point of Equinox transits from the constellation of Pisces to it’s neighbour Aquarius too.

Quo vadis humanity?

Sadly, Spokey became a bit melancholic, it is not always a very smooth affair and often goes with big upheavals in the human communities of planet earth, Today we can see it with the development of nuclear technology and it’s threats to our health and many chemical and electrical assaults potentially undermining the health of every individual living today on this planet. Our role as humans, he said, is to open the receptors on our part to upgrade the levels of collective consciousness fit for the new tasks of mankind. For example, realising that permaculture principles in agriculture would easily offer enough food to feed double the number of people living on this planet today is part of this task. There existed by now so many patents (over 6000, Tesla) and prototypes of technology for utilising so called ‘free energy’ (Rosh reactor, Keshe and others) that we would not have to depend on a monopoly petroleum distribution. It actually was, like water, the sole property of mankind anyway, as these resources were being constantly replenished. This has been found in many oilfields that had lain fallow for a while for instance. The a-biotic theory of mineral oil generation by the earth had been proven many times, whilst the theory of fossil fuel had never been proven a single time in a laboratory setting. In any case Quantum physics today was capable of offering so much more potential in terms of new and harmonious technology that would expand our horizons of possibilities as much as the soft ware revolution had done to mankind of late. Together with the internet it offered a completely set of new tools that allows mankind to carry out tasks in research that could not have been physically thought even ten or fifteen years ago. However, the collective of people had to upgrade too waking up from their slumber of old world consumerism and comfort zones. This whole shift, also posed a spiritual question of magnitude were the astrotheological reactivation of the Virgo principle of service to mankind played a special role in this shift, that of perceptions of these changes in an open minded way.  virgo

However, a portentous silence descended for a minute before Spokey went on to observe a point of sobriety.

The state of affairs

Sadly, another aspect of the old ways of consumerist life over the last 6 decades had left the whole of society bereft of good health with many degenerative chronic diseases creeping in. The easiest is to blame it on life style and particularly fingers often pointing to the individual bearer of these problems. However, it is much more complex and has a lot to do with the bigger commercial machinery in society having rationalised processes to a point where greed has become the driving force of the ‘time is money’ cult s in an elbow society that favours the most ruthless. This, Spokey said, ,was an unsustainable principle in a universe of abundance. It could only lead to sickness as a logical consequence. Heart problems of varying kinds, problems of the digestive system , the skeletal system, the nervous system and mind and a lot of fear about these including cancer to boot it has created a real mess. for us. The alien community, Spokey said was concerned that we should make the transit as healthy as possible. He said only a healthy populace could make it to the next stage, as it was absurd to gauge the economic growth and prosperity of an industrial society by the increase in health expenditure.

In order to turn this sad trend around and ensure a physical upgrade was being facilitated too he said he had brought a plan that had already benefited over 40 000 people in a large in vivo (in life) study. Many people with chronic illnesses, whether they were of an allergic kind, or problems with sugar levels in the blood, problems with sleep , fertility or the heart, in short all had benefited and had made themselves fit for the future to come. They had reclaimed their sovereignty as individuals not being plagued and burdened by these problems weighing on their minds. Indeed their minds were free to happily embrace a future determined by their own self directed creative thoughts and actions. He passed it on and said make sure you offer this to a wider circle of people. Th plan turned out to be a list listing some food supplements that would ensure many of the chronic degenerative diseases could be avoided if they were to be taken for a regular period in the correct amounts. Most of the recommendations for Vitamins on the shelves of the shops were too low and could potentially increase the propensity and prolongation of sub-chronic inflammatory conditions. We now find ourselves with a situation were for instance artificial ingredients such as the flavour enhancers in foods (MSG etc.) sugar free drinks and confectionery, colourings and fat substitutes could gradually weaken and wear down a healthy system on many fronts and thus a general state of physical depletion and illness would spread in respective societies. Spokey asks me whether I had watched Matt Spurlock’s movie ‘Super Size Me’ ? That was a drastic example of where things are headed. Spokey reminds me of his visit a year ago where he scrutinized these foods too with a lot of comments when having accompanied me doing the trolley round in a supermarket.

The good News

There is a lot of downloading of information going on with this change and the pace would accelerate, he said. The trans-dimensional beings and alien community that have been looking after the health of planet earth needed mankind to develop, not a New World Order, but more cosmic consciousness which had at one time been part of the life of the people who set up the grid of cathedrals across northern France. This grid pattern reflected the skies like a mirror, to link into the flow of cosmic energies. The conflicts generated between groups within the human family by those who would want to safeguard their old privileges even with subterfuge and force, if necessary, (divide et impera) are an old symptom of chronic pathological ‘va banque’ strategies that nearly triggered off a nuclear confrontation between East and West during the Reagan era, known as military exercise Able Archer. It had admittedly been designed to taunt the Russian military, almost provoking a Russian first strike on Western Europe. Presently the political situation on the Eastern borders of Ukraine and other such hotspots of conflict across Africa and the Middle East would follow the same interests solely invested in resources and expansion of markets. Even an author like Orwell had almost ‘prophetically’ written about it. This ,however, had become a tired and worn out strategy that has become obsolete as an unstoppable wave is going through the populace with many people sometimes spontaneously waking up to the realisation that we, the people are the second largest SUPER POWER on this planet. Not to mention the graduating prospects to become the first SUPER POWER , Spoke mentioned. Again, he emphasized the point, if this second largest super power in the world, ‘we the people’ want to grow we need to limber up to this task when stepping up to the plate by looking after our health in a self responsible way. He had met up with a Hungarian- German by the name of Robert Franz, a former motorbike racer, who laid out 4 key aspects for physical health that can make people strong and healthy again.

  1. Robert Franz:Natural Health Congress in Havana (Cuba 2015)

Spokey had witnessed numerous recoveries of people who were badly injured by strokes or heart conditions and were able to recover completely just by taking large doses of these 4 key supplements. However, every one of these people never had a consultation with Mr. Franz but simply followed the ideas he offered on the basis of his own experiences. This is another very important aspect, Spokey stressed, people have to take charge individually. It provided the net tep out of the maze of being entangled by a multi billion dollar health industry, that often falls short on delivering on it’s key promise, ‘health, as Mr. Franz puts it. The key Aquarian aspect of the collective consciousness is this very self responsibility for all aspects of life. When striking a light it drives away the murky darkness of being made to depend on all these outer circumstances. Only an individually freed society can take to the road into a new phase for humanity, Spokey added. Finally he said, that there would be individuals and groups that already acted in concordance with these changes and were able to read the signs of the times and tried to midwife and bring it about. This sometimes painful process of a birth of a new more spirited and less materialistic mindset was the way to go.

With these words Spokey closed his rather baffling lines of observations and sim-sala-bim simply vanished in a flash into a trans-dimensional space in front of my eyes, and I was left to pick up the tab in the Café de la Chartres, still rubbing my eyes and pinching myself as to what had just happened.

As I looked to the side of the table where Spokey sat, there was an envelope with some printed pages inside…Here is what I found and share below. l have checked and corroborated some of the information for myself and started out on the program too which erased a chronic irritation of the skin in response to certain foods within three days. After three weeks of taking the supplements I found myself in a much improved energetic frame of mind and am looking at ongoing gentle health improvements. I even prevented a gold fish from dying within 48 hours as I added grapeseed extract to the fish food.

List of supplements that are vital for the proper functioning of various key systems in a human body

We are all lacking in most of these and should take great care that the stores in our bodies are not empty. In most people north of the Alps they are too low particularly when it comes to Vitamin D3. This is what lays us wide open to the development of chronic deteriorating diseases, 65 known ones,  including all kinds of cancers. With, or without cancer, we are all slowly deteriorating following a path of chronic disease of one kind or another, without these nutrients. Summer is a good time to put in store the much needed ‘ strength and firing power’ that benefits the cells, organs and nervous system.  It would be good to have an idea about the blood concentrations of Vitamin D3. When doctors have blood tests analysed, in most cases,  the D3 readings are omitted from the list.  One should actually insist that doctors have this analysed when going through all the trouble to do the test in the first place.  Some Proponents of vitamin supplementation hold the view that doctors as good as never volunteer this information since they would be losing 40 years worth of business…

How much is enough?
The levels of D3 should be between 40-90 nanoliters on average. Both taken together adds to 130. If that is split down the middle we reach 65, which could be regarded as a very healthy level indeed. In people with cancer for instance the readings are often below 10, which resembles a slow suicidal trajectory. It is no surprise then to hear that the University of California Medical school in San Francisco recommended to take D3 in large doses for people who want to prevent cancer or are saddled with the problem. But it is the same with almost another 65 chronic diseases from Asthma to Rheumatoid Arthritis and problems around the heart functions , to name a few.  There is always a Vitamin D3 deficiency of one sort or another involved. I, too, think that this is worth a thought. The list of nutrients for making this quality change to our everyday life is rather short, but we need to make sure we get these in adequate amounts for a while in order to raise the woefully low levels in over 80% of society.

Do we get these Vitamins from foods?
Even the foods we are eating are not offering adequate amounts of these nutrients in question any longer, due to modern industrial farming methods and the soil depletion that goes with it, lacking minerals, enzymes and vitamins.  The discoverer of Vitamin C, Linus Pauling, matured to the ripe old age of 97 since he took his own advice to heart in daily large mega doses.  Dr. Albert Szent Giorgy, the discoverer of synthetic Vitamin C, ascorbic acid,  got to 95 years of life, and did not suffer a single day of severe illness. There was a woman in Germany who was famous for swimming the lake of Constance, as she celebrated her 100th birthday and said that she took her 2000mg of Vitamin C every day. She died at the ripe old age of 107…..Just as few examples that speak for itself.
In one of his quotes Dr, L. Pauling said,  about Vit, C.

We have come upon the two big reasons why we require for good health so much larger amounts of vitamin C than are present in the plants we use as food. First, there is the bodies continuing need for the synthesis of large amounts of collagen for growth and for replacement of the collagen degraded by daily wear and tear. Second, vitamin C, in the critical reactions that assemble collagen in the tissues, does not serve merely as a catalyst but is destroyed.”

Vitamin C

For the course of tuning up the body during a two week period it would be good to take the following in larger doses than normal maintenance
Vitamin C 1000mg : take 2×2 tabs per day
L-Vitamin C  is amongst many tasks critical in providing the material to make our eyeballs. As it is largely a body made up purely of collagen we need a constant supply of quality Vitamin C to meat this task. Oranges do not provide this as we would have to eat the outer peel to get it.  Diabetic retinopathies for instance together with Glaucoma and Cataracts are often no other than deficiency signs in this Vitamin. It has been observed that the body easily confuses Vitamin C with glucose as the long hydrocarbon chains resemble each other chemically.  When the body has begun using sugar as the building material instead  the collagen structure of the eyeball becomes very brittle, dries up and literally crumbles. The deficiency in this Vitamin expresses itself in the number of diseases that range far beyond purely eye problems. As it is essentially used in building all connective tissue and cartilage structures of the body many joint conditions such as osteoarthritis and brittle bone problems are fundamentally connected to the lack in this Vitamin too. In fact all connective tissue structures in the body benefit from this Vitamin and as such it plays a big role in about 95% of all internal building and maintenance activity of the human body.

Vitamin D3 5000 IU: take 2x 3 caps per day, 30 000 iu per day makes
4200 000 iu per two weeks (he sunshine signal from the brain)

The ‘sunshine’ vitamin switches the body cells from usual slow performing hibernation winter settings to summer time. This is done by a series of signals from the brain, when it gets a strong enough message from the circulation. The store needs to be full, otherwise the ‘hibernating bear’ stays in sleeping the winter of his life away… When on this signal setting the body lays fat in store instead of fully firing up the performance of it’s own power-plants, the mitochondria. As a consequence  many other functions slow down including the circulating blood, which thickens and does not operate it’s full role as a nutrient transport system within the body. With that all other functions having slowed down in the body and the tissues partially shut down. This is one of the reasons for feeling chilly extremities particularly during cold and damp periods of the year. It is also another reason for problems of infertility and difficult pregnancies. The first It just goes to show how vital this fat soluble Vitamin really is.  In fact it is assumed that anybody living in the northern hemisphere is in danger of lacking this vital Vitamin. For Europe it would be a line anywhere north of Milan. However, people in Rome suffer the same problems since they too they follow a modern urban lifestyle working in offices and being dowsed in artificial light. Hardly anybody works outside nowadays and as such the majority of people will have this problem.

”The fear of skin cancer has stopped many individuals from obtaining beneficial amounts of sunlight. The skin uses the energy of UVB to convert 7-cholesterol into Vitamin D3. Even individuals, who venture out into the sun often and use suntan lotion, may be deficient in Vitamin D3. Furthermore, as we age, we are less equipped to produce sufficient quantities of this vital nutrient. One study found that age-related declines in kidney function may require older people to ingest more Vitamin D3 to maintain the same blood levels as younger people.1

How much Vitamin D3 should one take?

The Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) of Vitamin D3 is set so low those mature individuals who consume this small amount (400 to 600 International Unites (I.U.’s)) are still likely to be deficient if they live north of the Tropic of Cancer or south of the Tropic of Capricorn. In fact, researchers have discovered that the RDI, which was considered adequate to prevent osteomalacia (a painful bone disease) or rickets, is not high enough to protect against the majority of diseases linked to 1,25-dihyroxy Vitamin D3 deficiency. For example, an analysis of the medical literature found that at least 1,000 to 2,000 IU of Vitamin D3 per day is necessary to reduce the risk of colorectal cancer and that lower doses of Vitamin D3 did not have the same protective effect.2”

What about the tune up phase?

For the duration of the course to raise the basic levels, a 70 kg body will notch up the average by 10 points with every 100 000 iu consumed.
This is why over a ten day or two week period significant amounts have to be put into store. It is useful to operate with tablets or capsules that provide 5000 iu each and take three to six a day depending an body weight and severity of some chronic problem. In order to reach the therapeutic maintenance levels within a body of 90 kg one would have to add another 200 000 units for instance broken down into daily doses.  After this has been achieved one can drop back to recommended maintenance levels. I personally still favour 5000 iu per day as there are no side effect of note.

What other areas are indicative of D3 deficiency?
The latest research, however, shows that 1,25-dihyroxy Vitamin D3 deficiency is linked to a surprising number of other health conditions such as depression, back pain, cancer, both insulin resistance and pre-eclampsia during pregnancy, impaired immunity and macular degeneration.

The French example
When a pregnant woman reports to a frecnh doctor with some health problem they immediately prescribe 300 000 iu for a course of treatment.
This reminds us of the courageous British women having fought to include folic acid into the health program via the NHS during pregnancy to avoid Spina Bifida in their offspring. An extension of this practise to Vitamin D3 would be very welcome by any prospective mother. Indeed the lack of the hormone like Vitamin D3 is one of the reasons why male and female infertility is spreading at an alarming rate in European societies.

Bleet, bleet and where does it come from and how do I get it?

Vitamin D3 is a by product of washing Lanolin, the fat of sheep wool. So, the sheep of the UK, New Zealand and Australia run around  all day gathering this sunshine Vitamin for us. Thank you very much Easter lamb!

The costs involved are quite small when looking to buy a good strength of this Vitamin.
Any of the famous names  or brands will do as well as the lesser known and cheaper ones, as long as the stated strength is adequate as indicted. A search on the internet will quickly give an overview and leads to results.

Grapeseed Extract [50mg]: take 2x 3 day  :

GRAPESEED EXTRACT contains OPC (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins) With or after food, since it is acidic like Vitamin C. thins the blood so it can get everywhere in the body…the carburettor adjustment to the system. When the blood is too thick no cells can absorb micro nutrients and other food any longer. This is why cancer tends to stick around for ever when it has got the upper hand. As an antioxidant, it thins the blood and makes it travel faster to all the tissues and removes excessive sugar wrongly embedded into structures
It acts a similar to a well tuned carburettor in a car engine.

Why does viscous blood cause problems?
When the blood is too thick the cells cannot absorb micro nutrients easily. The capillary bed, together with the connective tissue controlling it, works on a microscopic level not visible to our eyes. there the red blood corpuscles are counted out one by one depending on the demand of the working cell needing nutrients.
The oxygen and nutrients cannot pass through in any adequate amounts especially oxygen bound to red blood corpuscles. When oxygen is not supplying the cells in any adequate amounts, then the cell switches from an oxygen based metabolism to a fermentative process, On the long term this promotes the  to  food any longer.
This is why cancer tends to stick around for ever when it has got the  upper hand.
In over 86% of the populace the blood is too viscous, and thus, the essential nutrients transported in the blood do not reach the cells in
any sufficient quantities.

    1. What are the benefits of grape seed extract?

Grape seeds are linked to a number of
health benefits

Studies on animal models have revealed that the extract can be effective in treating heart diseases. Some experts think that grape seed extract could even have anticancer and cancer chemopreventive potential.

Over recent years there has been a great deal of research pointing to key therapeutic properties of the grape seed extract. Listed below are some of the key findings.

Health benefits associated with grape seed extract:

  • Healing wounds – Grape seed extract can heal dermal wounds.

A study, published in the journal Free Radical Biology and Medicine1, “provided firm evidence to support that topical application of GSPE represents a feasible and productive approach to support dermal wound healing.”

  • Improving bone strength – Including grape seed extract in your diet with calcium has a “beneficial effect on bone formation and bone strength for the treatment of bone debility caused by a low level of calcium,” according to research published in the Journal of Musculoskeletal & Neuronal Interactions.2

  • Preventing skin cancer – Grape seeds contain proanthocyanidins which can prevent the development of cancer.

A study, published in the journal Molecular Nutrition & Food Research3, found that grape seeds have properties that can reduce the severity of skin cancer. The researchers concluded that grape seed extracts “could be useful in the attenuation of the adverse UV-induced health effects in human skin.”

  • Cardiovascular benefits – The antioxidants in grape seed extract can potentially protect the blood vessels from becoming damaged, which may prevent high blood pressure.

According to one study, published in the journal Mutation Research/Fundamental and Molecular Mechanisms of Mutagenesis4, “grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) provides superior antioxidant efficacy as compared to Vitamins C, E and β-carotene.”

  • Reducing oedema (swelling) – Taking grape seed extract can help reduce the swelling that occurs after an injury or surgery.

A double-blind, placebo-controlled study found that breast cancer patients who took 600 mg of grape seed extract every day for 6 months had less edema compared to those on placebo.

  • Preventing cognitive decline – Grape seed extract is very high in proanthocyanidins (oligomers of monomeric polyphenols) which may prevent cognitive decline.

One study identified “a critical role for grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) as a neuroprotectant in the hippocampus and in preventing cognitive loss with aging.”5

Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg: 2×2 per day It has 500 mg per tablet and you need to take *3 tabs twice a day *
It has 500 mg per tablet and you need to take *3 tabs twice a day *
Matrix Nutrition L-Carnitine x 120 – Fat Burner Weight Loss – Amino Acid – 1,000mg Serving.

Acetyl L-Carnitine makes the billions of cells of the body tissues open up to receive more nutrients glucose and oxygen from blood. At the best of times the  body tissues work an average to a capacity of 60%. This leaves vast areas of the body structures sub-optimally supplied. Anybody suffering cold hands and feet will in all likelihood have this problem, since the body shuts down several departments temporarily to maintain blood supply to the essential functions. It should be noted that the brain comprises 4% of body weight in all but takes 20% of all nutrients circulating around the body.
The average body contains about 25g of L-Carnitine, 20g of which is contained in the heart muscle. The receptor sites in the heart muscle have to operate at the most optimal levels since the muscle fibres of the heart are supplied by one single nerve, the bundle of HIS. This is why the fast twitching muscles of the heart are so dependence on good receptor activity. According to the Chinese health philosophy the heart is the container that houses the roots of the mind. A good working heart muscle allows for optimal cognitive functions too. The saying that alludes to the ‘intelligence of the heart’ has, therefore, a very strong basis in experiential and empirical therapy.

Dr. Andrew Weil MD notes:

Why is it necessary?

Because L-carnitine is involved in cellular metabolism, acetyl-L-carnitine can help increase energy production in the mitochondria, the “power plants” of all cells, and thereby may generally boost physical and mental energy. As a dietary supplement, acetyl-L-carnitine is often used to help improve memory, and has been studied as a possible adjunct treatment for Alzheimer’s disease. Acetyl-L-carnitine may also help address symptoms of depression, and may be useful in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, stroke, and Peyronie’s disease. In addition, daily supplementation with acetyl-L-carnitine may have a protective effect on the central nervous system and may benefit the heart. There is also some evidence that acetyl-L-carnitine can enhance visual memory and attention in people with Down Syndrome, and clinical data indicates that it also may slow age-related mental decline that is not associated with Alzheimer’s.

Dr. Weil tends to think that we are getting sufficient amounts of it when eating red meat, derived from mutton and children should not take it.

He does, however, suggest to take between 500-1500mg per day which is reached by taking 1-3 capsules per day.

However, as an integral tuning substance within this program it is essential to reach the cells that often have stopped working adequately in a silted up system.
Therefore does it comprise the fourth cornerstone of this program

Other add ons

For people who perform a large amount of mental work and suffer occasional problems with concentration, memory and other problems within the nervous system it is recommended to add Alpha Lipoic acid. The beset sources are found in Flaxseed oil. This is the flaxseed oil with sufficient amounts of lignins contained in it.  This can be detected by a brownish layer of a more viscous type at the bottom of the column inside the bottle.

Alpha Lipoic acid rebuilds damaged nerve tissues and re-energises the Schwann cells, a fatty acid that surrounds all nerve tissues in the brain and the body. Often this is used for when problems of deficiency arise
in brain function as described as well as in the elderly such as with Parkinsonism, Dementia, MS and the very young with ADHD and such like. It works so well as numerous studies have shown it to build and recover all compromised nerve functions not only in the brain but around the entire system. So people with back pain and sciatica could also benefit as it has been shown to grow new shoots from damaged nerve cells, for when there is neuropathy, often felt in the legs after a prolonged course of chemotherapy.

What sources do I prefer?

The  omega 3 Alpha Lipoic acid is found abundantly in flaxseed oil (60%). Definitely avoid fish oils since they are spoilt and rancid as a rule and only contain
3% of this substance anyway.

What dose should one take?

An adequate amount for the average person is two desert spoons on an empty stomach before bedtime or in the morning per day. One can even increase this during times of accelerated stress such as exam periods etc.

  1. Alpha Lipoic Acid: This Antioxidant Can Smash Insulin Resistance and Autoimmune Disease

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/05/16/this-antioxidant-can-smash-insulin-resistance-and-autoimmune-disease.aspx

The Benefits of Alpha Lipoic Acid

Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) has many functions, but it’s one of the most effective free radical scavengers, and the only one known to easily get into your brain.

It also has the ability to regenerate other antioxidants such as vitamins C, E, and glutathione. So, when your body has used up these antioxidants, if there’s ALA around, it helps regenerate them.

You may not know this, but glutathione is another very important antioxidant. You can get it from supplements, but the only form that works effectively is the reduced form, which is difficult to absorb when taken orally. It is much more cost effective to supplement with precursors, or items like alpha lipoic acid that regenerates glutathione.

Alpha lipoic acid also recycles coenzyme Q10 and NAD (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide).

But, if that wasn’t enough, this powerful antioxidant is also:

  • A great modifier of gene expression to reduce inflammation

  • A very potent heavy metal chelator

  • An enhancer of insulin sensitivity
