That Loony Notion of Slow Boiling Frogs…

Mr. Beauchamp,

From the reading of your many editorials, I’ve gathered that unlike many of your colleagues at the Record Searchlight, you actually get out into the community and talk with the people living here.  And by that I mean you still understand the importance of “listening”.

With that idea in mind, and in view of your July 19th editorial questioning the “loony” notion of “chemtrails”, I thought I would send you two scientific papers, one from the United States Air Force, the other from NASA.  The first document is pure science and is really beyond the comprehension of most readers so I can give you a layman’s summary of what it says.  The other is really just a NASA Power Point presentation that talks about the potential of placing “energetic particles” in propellants (fuel) for military, NASA and commercial use, with the end goal being increased safety, higher fuel stabilization and energetic output.  How this plays into commercial and particularly military aviation should interest you if you have any concerns about the environment, and human health.  (Including your own.)

I will also include links you can follow that will demonstrate (if you care to do any reading) that OSHA deems Aluminum nanoparticles to be harmful enough to human health that they’ve created what are called MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for this material, and it is prohibited from being dispensed into the environment without the “proper government permits”.  See Section 6 under:

This in turn qualifies this material as a “chemical agent” which brings it under the purview of the Chemical and Biological Warfare Statutes within Title 50 United States Code.   See:  Simply look under definitions to see my point.  Chapter 32 at subsection 1512 in turn requires written approval down through the government chain of command structure, to include the President, Secretary of Defense and Health and Human Services and notification to the Governor of each State in which such dispersal is anticipated to occur. (Note that I said “anticipated”.) This demonstrates that there must be a paper trail, one that should be accessible via a FOIA request.

Now in the USAF paper, entitled, “In Vitro Toxicity of Aluminum Nanoparticles in Rat Alveolar Machrophages” the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio within the Human Effectiveness Directorate, Applied Biotechnology Branch took up an investigation in 1993 to determine if these nanoparticles could be harmful to U.S. military personnel in the field of battle or work environment, by testing these material on lab rats.  The test concluded in 2001 shortly after the spraying of these very substances began with regularity over our skies here in Redding.  I’ll come back to this point momentarily, as your own newspaper places a milestone without realizing it at that time.

Machrophages are white blood cells.  They are part of the human immune system and in many other members of the animal kingdom. They behave in many respects like an Amoeba when observed under a microscope, going after contaminants and pathogens (germs, viruses and parasites) by engulfing and digesting them and then being filtered out through the kidneys and expelled from the body through the urinary tract.  It’s basic biology.  This engulfing process has a scientific name: “phagocytosis”.

Inside our cells, are a number of small organelles (living organisms), that have their own, nearly indestructible DNA, usually traceable to the mother’s bloodline, and they filter the toxins that penetrate into the cells of our bodies (and those of lab rats) and they poop out a compound that our cells use for energy– adenosine triphosphate (ATP).  A truly symbiotic relationship. This process protects the DNA of our cells and in turn the integrity of the telomeres that stabilize our DNA staving off adult-onset diseases and aging.

The conclusion of the USAF study in layman’s terms says the following:
“Aluminum Oxide nanoparticles displayed significant toxicity at 96 and 144 hours post exposure at high doses (100 and 250 ug/ml) but they also showed slight toxicity in as little as 24 hours at those same high doses. When the cells tested were dosed at lower, non-toxic levels at 25 mg/ml, using Aluminum Oxide nanoparticles of 50, 80 and 120 nanometers in size, this exposure caused significant reduction in phagocytosis (the ability of a white blood cell to engulf and remove targeted pathogens or contaminants) in the little air sacks (Alveoli) in the lungs.  Even at a dose as low as 5 mg/ml of nanoparticles 50 nanometers across still caused a significant reduction in the ability of white blood cell phagocytosis.

Now remember that these white blood cells in the little air sacks in your lungs situated at the ends of the bronchial tubes, are the first line of defense your body has against airborne infection.  As such reduction of their ability to perform this function leaves anyone exposed to these materials far more vulnerable to any biological threat– natural or weaponized.

Within the study, one of the gauges used to chart white blood cell phagocytosis was Mitochondrial activity within the cells.  This function was reduced as well.  So the immune system is affected at two levels.  If you are a child with asthma, or an elderly individual with emphysema of COPD, you could be at risk.  And this is exactly what happened back between 1999 and 2001, when the first major chemtrailing campaign over this area of the United States began, (I remember the trails clearly) and a day or so later, the Redding Record Searchlight documented in a headline no less that area hospitals had been “flooded with residents complaining of respiratory distress”.  Since you have easy access to the paper’s archive, you should have no trouble tracking down this story.  It shouldn’t be too difficult for a dedicated journalist to go back through Public Health records and note whether such respiratory cases have increased since the mid-1990’s.  The statistics should paint a very clear picture.
Now the NASA Power Point presentation spends a lot of time discussing aerogels in propellants and various types of cryogenic fuels, like you would have found on the Space Shuttle or military weapon systems.  The goal was to enhance fuel stability, reduce things like sloshing as a system is maneuvering through the air and increase engine efficiency.

What I am aware of, and what this presentation does not say, (other than advocating for use in convention jet aircraft fuels on page 22) is that this introduction of “energetic particles” namely “oxide-coated Aluminum nanoparticles” has a dramatic impact on altitude capability for jet engines.

Here’s why:
Aluminum Oxide consists of two Aluminum atoms combined with three atoms of Oxygen.  When you introduce this substance into a chemical combustion reaction, it releases all those three Oxygen atoms into the process which effectively guarantees more fuel will actually be burned, and burned completely.  This means greater thrust, greater fuel efficiency– that is, air miles covered per gallon of fuel burned, and most significantly, (but not stated) it allows operation at much higher altitudes.

This is strategically important, for several reasons.  Because the air is thinner, having lower Oxygen content as you fly higher in altitude, combustion efficiency drops off– unless you offset that by flying faster or by bringing along some additives.  And that is exactly what Aluminum Oxide nanoparticles are.  Embedded and completely inert within the fuel until the moment of combustion.  And because they are so incredibly tiny, they vastly increase surface area and contribute to greatly burn effectiveness– without harming the pumps or turbine blades.

And at those higher altitudes, you can go a lot further on the same fuel load because thinner air provides less resistance to the movement of the aircraft.  And it is harder to reach you with a defensive weapon or missile.  Plus, you can see a lot farther into the enemy’s territory from such an altitude.  A typical commercial flight might travel at 35,000 to 38,000 feet, but a flight using these energetic materials can easily travel at 55,000 or 60,000 feet.  Still, control surfaces will need to be computer controlled to maintain aircraft stability, but it is possible.

And the Aluminum will recycle itself as an oxide of Aluminum once it is expelled as a gas in the jet exhaust and hits the super-cold air at these altitudes.  Eventually, this settles out into the environment.
Now because these particles are small enough to be absorbed directly through the skin as well as the lung tissue, they can also be absorbed through the root structure of our trees in the forests.  As it happens, two other materials are showing up in nano-scale in these chemtrails:  Barium and Strontium, the latter, a radioactive element.

These same materials, Aluminum Oxide, Barium  and  Strontium (as a Carbonate) are all used in explosives or pyrotechnics.  The most notable example being nano-thermate explosives, the kind used in the controlled demolition of skyscrapers.  The reason being, that when combined with Sulfur and Iron Oxide in an explosive chemical reaction, these components create tremendous heat- enough to melt through a steel support girder in a fraction of a second.  Imagine then, how this affects the conflagration that is a forest fire with these materials present in the environment.  I have personally spoken to a number of career CDF personnel who have told me unequivocally that fires over the last ten years have become significantly more difficult and costly to suppress.  They burned unusually hot but officials were at a loss to explain “why”…

Now as if that weren’t bad enough, with Aluminum being a conductor of electricity, spraying countless microscopic-sized particles into the sky does something else you might not have considered:  It dramatically increases the electrostatic potential of the air.  That is, its ability to conduct electricity.  So those storm clouds that always seem to follow heavy chemtrailing are primed to produce many more lightning strikes.  In late July of 2010, (if memory serves) one such storm produced over 8,000 lightning strikes in our region, many of which created fires.  When it was all over a month later, California had totaled over $23M in suppression costs.  And since the chemtrailing started around 1999-2000, the amount of acreage burned and suppression costs have doubled according to NOAA figures.

And these costs are not going to diminish in the foreseeable future.  Not with the current drought.  And chemtrailing is well-noted for its influence on manipulating the weather.  There are patents on this specific process.
You may wonder how countless microscopic particles in the atmosphere could be used to “force the weather”.  In fact, the technical term that government documents use in their analysis of these materials, as applied for this purpose- is “aerosols”.  One such document is called “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather by 2025” See:

Now why would the military have the desire to control the weather?  This is probably the easiest aspect of the discussion to understand, because by affecting the weather in a specific way, you can deny the enemy their assets, use of highways, block or wash out bridges and other infrastructure with rain-induced flooding, clobber their radar installations with baseball-sized hail and make it impossible to launch defending aircraft.

So how is this possible?  It developed out of stealth technology.  During the aftermath of the Second World War, and during the development of radar guided and heat-seeking missiles like the “Sidewinder”, our enemies captured and copied a lot of our weapons so it became necessary to find ways to defeat these systems in our own defense, particularly in the instance of aircraft during air-to-air engagements.  The movie Top Gun with Tom Cruise gives some insight into the reasons and strategies employed in this combat role.
So in order to defeat a heat-seeking missile you could dispense flares that matched the temperature of your aircraft exhaust signature and sometimes fool the missile coming after you to follow that flare and explode somewhere other than inside your jet exhaust pipe.  Radar chaff, the dispensing of tiny flecks of Aluminum foil to create a stronger radar return for a radar-guided missile would over ride the reflected signal of your plane and the missile would explode in the cloud of chaff instead of inside your plane.

After a while, as this competition became more sophisticated, engineers at several contractors like Lockheed and Raytheon discovered that you could reduce the radar signature of your plane by controlling its shape in a way that minimized the reflected radar signal, but also by putting microscopic particles right in the paint itself– the so-called “Iron Ball paint”.

The principle of operation was simple:  Determine the frequency of Soviet era radar transmissions and then develop particles that would resonate at those specific frequencies.  The higher the frequency, the smaller the particle had to be.  And nonoparticles were the ideal size because they resonated at the microwave frequencies used in these radars– in gigahertz.  (Billions of cycles per second.)

Now how does this mesh with the purposes behind chemtrails?  Well, the idea behind Iron Ball paint was, the size of those particles caused them to resonate at the Russian and Chinese radar frequencies, and convert that signal to heat.  This reduced the reflected radar signal even more, making our aircraft more stealthy.  But if you float these particles in the air, and hit them with a radar or microwave signal, they still resonate and produce heat.  Up to 135* Fahrenheit; possibly higher.This idea was even found to be an ideal non-invasive way to fight cancers in the body by John Kanzius, a Florida broadcast engineer who discovered that nanoparticles of Gold and Carbon are attracted to specific parts of malignant tumors, once infused in the body.  Then all you do is hit the patient with an RF signal that matches the nanoparticle resonant frequency, and the tissue heats up killing the tumor.  Healthy tissue is more robust and is unaffected by the heat.  Then the white blood cells gobble up the dead tumor and your health returns.  See:

So this then gives you a tremendous degree of control over weather systems.  By seeding a cloud formation with nanoparticles, you can do several things at once:  The small size attracts moisture to the particles as condensation nucleii.  And the reflective nature of Aluminum in the air can significantly cool the air mass below such cover.  If you haven’t noticed that it is cooler on the days when they spray, you’re just not paying attention.

Why is this significant?  When you cool air it sinks and contracts.  But if you heat it, it expands and rises in a convection cell.  And it will take with it all the moisture that has been condensing on those nanoparticle nucleii.  The important thing to remember here, is that these particles are all exactly the same (known) size.  So it is easy to paint the air where these particles are floating with the resonant frequency of those particles, causing the air to heat up and rise, carrying all that moisture to higher altitudes where the atmosphere is much colder.  This can produce a powerful low pressure system.  It is exactly these kinds of artificially-induced convective cells that will produce huge, highly destructive hail storms and hundreds of lightning strikes.

And by repeatedly heating the air mass, you can keep the moisture aloft and use the process as a conveyor to transport moisture from one area to another area targeted for heavy rainfall or flooding.  This is exactly what is happening today– our water is ending up in the central United States where crops are being wiped out by too much precipitation.  There are even weather based derivatives that are now a market unto themselves caused by insurance losses and failed crops caused by manipulated weather.  Last time I checked two years ago, it was wellover $7B a year.  So there is a motivation for these things to be manipulated.  The big losers are family farmers.

By blanketing different regions of a local airspace with nanoparticles of different sizes, different microwave frequencies can be used to target the frequency specific particles and by alternately heating or cooling these areas, one can steer the path of a storm system (even the Jet Stream itself). What makes this process remarkably dynamic, is the ability to blanket a region with more than one group of nanoparticle sizes- even placed in stratified layers- and by so doing, allow both kinds of actions (cooling or heating, and the associated atmospheric reaction) within a fixed locality.  This process can dramatically amplify storm cell and convection processes, such as dropping surrounding air while lifting a central core.  The very process that repeatedly lofts ice droplets, adding layer upon layer of ice to build hailstones as large as a baseball.  Cut apart, they resemble an Onion with smaller conglomerations of minor hailstones that have been frozen together.
